3-Day Employee Experience & Design Masterclass

In this in-company masterclass, we devote three days to the fundamentals of employee experience, the 5 factors for a great employee experience (H.E.A.R.T), and the basic principles of employee experience design. We work with the employee journey map, personas and the employee experience roadmap. Moreover, guest speakers inspire us with discussions and presentations of best practices and (inter)national examples.

Target group

This masterclass is intended for innovative (HR) managers and consultants who are keen to get started with employee experience, and inspired to apply it within their own organisations or consultancies.

Instructors

The masterclass is led by Heleen Mes, HXWork.

The method of instruction focuses on inspiring exercises and in-depth interactions among the various participants.

The course includes homework assignments. Plan on approximately 2-4 hours of preparation time.
